Describe a problem that affects distance learning. The chosen issue could be a faculty, student, or administrative issue. Examine the problem and its relevance to distance education.

Assume you are in a position of leadership for the advancement of nursing or patient education. Propose strategies for your organization to overcome the challenges posed by the issue you chose in order to continue providing high-quality distance education learning. Include evidence-based literature and relevant professional standards to back up your proposal.

This assignment may be completed in one of the following formats (with quantitative criteria): (Note: You must choose a format that is different from the format you submitted for the Topic 3 assignment):

Paper in APA format (1,000-1,250 words)
PowerPoint presentation with detailed speaker notes (12-15 slides)
Podcasting (10-15 minutes)

Any other technology application that the instructor has approved
You must use at least three current scholarly, evidence-based, peer-reviewed resources in addition to the course materials (less than 5 years old).

Only essays must be written in APA format. A high level of academic writing is always expected. Documentation of sources should be presented using APA formatting guidelines for all assignment delivery options, which can be found in the APA Style Guide, which is located in the Student Success Center.
