So, first and foremost, the situation is that I am a nurse mentoring under my senior charge nurse. I work in the infant/mother (maternal) unit. The capstone project topic can be a clinical practice problem, an organizational issue, a suggestion for quality improvement, a leadership initiative, or an educational need relevant to your area of interest as well as your practice immersion (practicum) setting. Write a description of your proposed capstone project topic in 500-750 words. Make a point of including the following:
