Prepare a 3- to 5-page document that includes the following information:

Make a basic flowchart of the activity you chose. (For an example, see the Sample Workflow of Answering a Telephone in an Office document in this week’s Learning Resources.)
Then, in your paper, write:
Explain the procedure you drew in your diagram.
Determine the following for each stage or decision point in the process:
Who is in charge of this step? (It might be a group of people.)
What kind of technology is employed?
What regulations and procedures apply to establishing how, when, why, and where the step is carried out?
What information is required to complete this step?
Describe the metric that is currently utilized to assess the workflow’s soundness. Is it efficient?
Identify any areas where improvements could be made and suggest adjustments that would result in these changes in the workflow.
