Describe the communicable disease (causes, symptoms, mode of transmission, complications, and treatment) as well as the target demographic (mortality, morbidity, incidence, and prevalence). Is this a disease that needs to be reported? If so, include information such as reporting time, who to report to, and so on.
Describe the health determinants and how they contribute to the development of this disease.
Examine the epidemiologic triangle in relation to the communicable disease you’ve chosen. Include host and agent factors (presence or absence), as well as environmental factors.
