After conducting interviews with the family, compile the information and conduct an analysis of the responses.

Describe in 1,000-1,250 words what you learned about each functional health pattern that you studied for the family that you chose.

Your family assessment should lead you to identify two or more wellness nursing diagnoses to pursue further investigation. Wellness and family nursing diagnoses differ from standard nursing diagnoses in that they focus on the whole family.

Prepare this assignment in accordance with the guidelines contained in the APA Style Guide, which can be found in the Student Success Center. It is not necessary to submit an abstract.
