Decide on a problem, develop an appropriate question, and select a nursing theorist (Fall prevention in a clinical setting)

Purpose:

Nursing problems are frequently derived from a source of concern or a knowledge gap in clinical practice or theory in the field of nursing. During the clinical practicum experience, the student should address a problem or issue that is related to supporting health, providing care, or interacting with different types of providers and/or patients in order to complete the requirement. Identification of problems in nursing care occurs through observation and inquiry in a clinical setting. Researching current issues in nursing and the health care profession from a peer-reviewed journal is another method of identifying issues.

Prepare a two- to three-page paper describing the following topics in detail:

Determine a problem that is relevant to your clinical setting. (There are frequent falls.) The eleventh day of the month of October

Briefly describe the issue’s history and current situation.
Describe the most recent evidence-based practice research that has been conducted on the subject.
Identify the parties involved.
Compile a list of the costs associated with this issue for patients, healthcare organizations, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.
Write a synopsis of the ethical and legal issues that surround this situati
