Give examples of how the theory has been applied in the literature.
Describe how your institution’s theory will be implemented in practice (or how it will be used as a foundation, framework, etc.). This is a plan of action.
Give specific examples of how theory would be integrated (for example, an assessment guide) and what patient outcomes may be monitored as a result of putting the theory into practice.
