Create a case study (1,750-2,000 words) on “cultural sensitivity for new grad nurses in a residency programme.”

1.Determine which educational needs will be met through distance education.

2.Construct learner objectives and evaluation strategies tailored to the case study situation.

3.Explain how technology will be used.

4.Use an assessment model to serve as the foundation for the evaluation plan (refer to Chapter 25 in Teaching in Nursing: A Guide for Faculty).
