Describe approaches to collaboration from the literature that could aid in the formation or improvement of an interdisciplinary team to address an organizational issue.
You will report on the information you gathered during your interview for this assessment, analyzing the interview data and identifying a past or current issue that would benefit from an interdisciplinary approach. This could be an issue that has not been addressed by an interdisciplinary approach, or it could benefit from improvements to the current interdisciplinary approach. You will also begin laying the groundwork for your Interdisciplinary Plan Proposal (Assessment 3) by researching potential change theories, leadership strategies, and collaboration approaches that may be relevant to the issue you have identified. Use the Interview and Issue Identification Template [DOCX] when submitting your plan to stay organized and concise. When completing the template, make sure to use APA format for in-text citations of evidence and best practices that are informing your plan, as well as the reference list at the end. Also, make sure to address the following, which corresponds to the scoring criteria in the scoring guide. Please carefully read the scoring guide to ensure you understand what is required for a distinguished score.
