1- In how many ways can understanding religious rituals and history be beneficial in the field of human services? What about in the nursing field?
You mentioned community as one of the reasons for religion, and most religions do provide a sense of community. Many people nowadays meet their need for community in ways other than religion. Many families, for example, have their children on club sports teams. The team includes both parents and children. At practices and games, the parents sit together. They want to see the team and their children succeed. They also collaborate (for example, by holding a car wash) to raise funds for uniforms and tournaments.
