Search for information on your formulated clinical question in each of the three databases listed below: PubMed, CINAHL (Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature), and The Joanna Briggs Institute database (if applicable).
Results of searches should be entered into tables provided in the â€Evidence-Based Practice Searchable Clinical Questions Formâ€, which can be found in the Course Resources. Drop the completed form into the Dropbox folder.
Choose ten scholarly peer-reviewed articles from the ones you discovered during your database searches that would assist you in answering or providing insight into your clinical research question and write them up in an annotated bibliography format. Turnitin will review this paper if it is submitted in APA 6th edition format to the Dropbox.
Dropbox is where you should submit the Searchable Clinical Questions Form along with your annotated bibliography paper by the due date. The annotated bibliography is the only part of this assignment for which you must have a Turnitin similarity report that is less than 25 percent. This week’s Evidence-Based Practice Searchable Clinical Questions Form can be found in the Course Resources section of the website. Please fill out this form to keep track of your search process and its outcomes. You will find an example of how to complete the tables while conducting each search in the section below.
