Please read chapters 29 and 30 of the class textbook and take a look at the PowerPoint presentations that have been attached. Once you’ve finished, respond to the following questions:

Consider how Healthy People 2020 can be used to influence the care provided in a school health setting. Please provide at least one example.

The eight components of a comprehensive school health program should be identified and discussed in detail.

Determine and discuss the skills and competencies necessary for occupational health nursing practice.

A multidisciplinary approach to solving occupational health problems is described and discussed in detail in Section 4.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Following the instructions in the syllabus, please submit your assignment in an APA format word document using the Arial 12 font and attach it to the discussion forum in the discussion tab of the blackboard titled â€Week 15 discussion questions†and the SafeAssign exercise in the assignment tab of the blackboard (see below for more information) (which is mandatory). In addition to the class textbook, a minimum of three evidence-based references that are no more than five years old must be used and quoted in accordance with APA guidelines.
