Give an introduction and background on the movie character (client).
The “Functional Health Pattern Assessment” is used to evaluate the client.
Document your assessment using examples from the movie based on your “observations” and thoughts.
Describe any cultural, geographic, religious, ethnic, or spiritual considerations that you have observed or that this client may have.
Describe and provide examples of two normal health patterns of the client as well as two abnormal health patterns.
